Create a Challenge

Creating a challenge is easily done in three different steps:

Step 1: Define the problem you need Innovative Customer’s creative members to help you to solve. Here you can also define different questions you want to be answered in order for you to learn more about your customers and them to learn more about you and your products and services.
Step 2: Define if you want the challenge to be Public or Private. When you run a Public challenge everyone who is registered users on Innovative Customer can review, comment, vote and rate the different proposals. When you run a Private challenge only you can review, comment and rate the different proposals.
Step 3: Submit the challenge. The challenge becomes public after approval by Innovative Customer’s administrator. This is done in order to secure the quality of the challenges and the companies submitting a challenge. We want to make sure our creative people only start to work on high quality challenges and by that secure that you get high quality answers.

Receive ideas and communicate with your customers

After the challenge is public, innovative customer’s creative members will start to work on your problem. The solution proposals are being submitted and you can start to rate and comment the different proposals. The innovative customers can ask you questions that you will answer, you can also communicate and give feedback to the different proposals and the members. If it is a public challenge any registered user can comment and rate and you can review which proposal our users think is the best. If it is a private challenge only you can review, vote and comment the proposals.

Reward Your Customers

When the challenge has passed the deadline you will review and rate the different solution proposals and the one you like the best you award the winning price. Our commitment is to have high quality on all solution proposals from innovative customer’s members. In order to achieve this it is important for us that you rate each proposal and if you think any is really good or bad it is important you comment that as well. This way we will motivate high quality proposals to your challenges and manage any members not living up to our standards.
